You’ll learn how to work out properly and safely. Every exercise we give you will be demonstrated by your 1:1 coach and also has video and step-by-step instructions on our online app. We’ll show you how to adjust every exercise to match your fitness level, skill, and mobility.

You’ll learn how to take care of you. Our guess? You’re probably caring for a lot of other people in your life already… everyone, that is, except you. We’ll help you learn to put on your own oxygen mask so that you can help others better.

You’ll learn how to challenge yourself, when you’re ready. There’s a big world of cool stuff and personal growth out there. When the time comes, we’ll help you make the leap. (Or dip your toes in. Whatever you prefer.).

You’ll learn how to keep building on that foundation. At the end of whichever program, you choose, it’s not “over”. We can either welcome you back for another round, help you to find your “next level”, or show you how to maintain the habits you’ve already built.

Hi, I’m Jonathan Nardinochi, founder of JWN Personal Training & Level 4 specialist  in exercise and nutritional intervention for Obesity and Diabetes. I’m a former International Athlete, Black Belt in Kyokushin Karate, fat loss specialist and family man.

With my diverse experience, it has served me well in empathising with clients from all backgrounds. With an approach that is firmly rooted in real world application, I ensure that each and every client has a practical programme and exercise philosophy that fits around their unique desires and lives. This is the only way I know to guarantee long term success.

I now dedicate my experiences from training within that field and taught by some of the best coaches and bring that to help others in their health and fitness goals and bring out the inner athlete in everyone.

  • When I started training with Jon I was a member at a local gym and had lost all motivation for exercise. After the first class I was hooked and within a month I had cancelled the gym membership.

    The group training classes are always challenging, varied and a great way to de-stress after a day at work. Jon is a very knowledgeable and motivational trainer and will always push you to do better each week. Since starting the classes my fitness levels have improved, my body shape has changed and my motivation for exercise has come back with a vengeance.

  • When I enrolled with Jonathan for kettle bell classes I didn’t have any knowledge of how to use them. Jonathan manages to teach in an easy to learn manner and always with great humour. After 8 sessions i now know a variety of exercises for various body parts. This has given me great core strength and made me “walk tall”.

  • Jonathan has helped me gain more information about body composition as a whole, how different food affects the body, when to eat what, what to avoid. Definitely felt fitter and stronger by the end of the sessions, (can actually squat and lunge now without falling over!!) Shoulders and upper arms definitely more toned and defined (not bulky though).

  • Training with Jonathan has changed my life. Over the years I’ve tried all sorts of diets and exercise regime which made very little or no difference.
