JON NARDINOCHI, Founder
Founder of JWN Personal Training & Level 4 specialist in exercise and nutritional intervention for Obesity and Diabetes
Former International Athlete, Black Belt in Kyokushin Karate, fat loss specialist and family man.
I have mastered the necessary training techniques and discipline that kept me at the top of my sport. Been coaching sports since 1993 from local dojos to inner schools introducing Athletics. I have amassed over 5,000 hours of practical experience in coaching athletic excellence, and am committed to the science of exercise training and analytically sound nutritional planning.
With my diverse experience, it has served me well in empathising with clients from all backgrounds.
With an approach that is firmly rooted in real world application, I ensure that each and every client has a practical programme and exercise philosophy that fits around their unique desires and lives. This is the only way I know to guarantee long term success.
I now dedicate my experiences from training within that field and taught by some of the best coaches and bring that to help others in their health and fitness goals and bring out the inner athlete in everyone.
KONRAD MCKENZIE, Personal Trainer
Hi, my name is Konrad McKenzie, a personal trainer and also an assistant strength and conditioning coach at a professional rugby team.
I currently hold an MSc in sport and exercise science and also a level 3 personal trainer.
I have a passion for getting people fit and healthy, in a fun and safe manner, whilst working to a client’s specific goals and needs. I aim to give people a full package approach, in terms of nutrition and training and will be with you every step of the way, in relation to your fitness journey. I am to set achievable and realistic goals which are individual to your requirements. I look forward to working with you.
